Huang Shan is the principal of our affiliate office in Shanghai. He has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on international trade matters. Mr. Huang represents clients before US and PRC trade regulatory agencies, such as the United States Court of International Trade and Department of Commerce, PRC Ministry of Commerce and other PRC regulatory agencies at state and local levels. In 2004-2005, Mr. Huang represented over 40 Chinese wood bedroom furniture exporters in a US anti-dumping petition filed by a coalition of American furniture manufacturers.
Mr. Huang is counsel to a number of foreign companies investing in China and advises clients on regulatory compliance, employment, tax and re-investment issues. He also represents clients in PRC administrative proceedings, labor arbitration and litigation in China.
