| Benson is based
in Shanghai and is a member (non-practising) of the China Association
of Certified Accountants. His practice covers US and PRC anti-dumping
investigations, preparation of respondents' questionnaires, representation
of respondents in on-site verification for anti-dumping investigations,
advising clients on PRC corporate law, setting up Sino-foreign joint
ventures, PRC litigation and labor arbitration, PRC administrative
investigations and proceedings. |
| With respect to disputes resolution and legal proceedings matters, he has represented clients in PRC litigations, labour arbitration and PRC administrative investigation & proceedings. He also has considerable experience in advising clients on various matters such as labor, tax, environmental protection and corporate compliance relating to foreign-invested enterprises. |
